Important Things to Know

Concert extras – Artist Series Concerts may use your email to provide ticket holders with a monthly email newsletter, last-minute updates, etc. Your privacy is important to us and we will never use your contact information for anything other than sending you information about our events.

Courtesy to the performers and audience members - During the performance, it is absolutely important not to talk, sing along, hum or otherwise distract from the performance. The general rule is to keep your attention focused upon the performance.

Cell phones and pagers - As a courtesy to the artists and fellow patrons, please turn off or silence all electronic devices prior to the performance.

Wheelchair Accommodations - Wheelchair seating and handicapped access is available in all venues except the Fischer/Weisenborne residence but must be requested in advance when ordering tickets. Please call 941-306-1202.

Photographs & recording - Unauthorized photography and/or recording of any performance is prohibited.

Patron Safety Policy - Your safety and well-being is of utmost importance to us.

Please be aware that weapons are not permitted at any Artist Series Concerts performance. Along with our venue partners, we strictly prohibit the possession, use, or introduction of weapons.

It is a violation of Artist Series Concerts policy for any person to have in his or her possession any weapon or to introduce any weapon into any venue. Possession and distribution of weapons also may be governed by specific federal, state and local regulations. Artist Series Concerts reserves the right to inspect and search persons entering our performances, including hand-carried items.

Any item that could endanger public safety is considered a weapon for purposes of this policy. Artist Series Concerts reserves the right to refuse the entry of any item that could be considered a weapon. Some examples of weapons include, but are not limited to:

•Firearms: handguns, rifles, shotguns, and other firearms of all types, air guns, pellet guns, and BB guns

•Knives of any kind other than eating utensils

•Tasers, stun guns

•Fireworks, explosives, or any other dangerous or hazardous devices

Violators of this policy may be subject to ejection and/or civil or criminal penalties.

EXCEPTION: Sworn law enforcement personnel; private security officers employed and/or contracted by Artist Series Concerts and/or our venue partners.
